  • A Sneak Peek is a small preview selection of edited images delivered shortly after your event. It gives you an early look at your photos while the full gallery is being carefully edited.

  • An Extended Gallery allows you to receive more professionally edited images beyond what’s included in your package. It’s a great option if you’d like a broader collection of moments from your session.

  • A second photographer provides additional coverage from different angles, captures simultaneous moments, and helps ensure no key details are missed. This is especially valuable during timelines with overlapping moments, or celebrations with multiple locations.

  • Retouch Editing includes detailed refinements such as blemish removal, light skin smoothing, cleanup, and minor distractions—while maintaining a natural, realistic look. This goes beyond standard color and exposure adjustments.

  • This premium delivery option includes your edited images provided on a custom-engraved USB drive, housed in a personalized engraved keepsake box designed for long-term storage and gifting. The images themselves are not engraved.

  • A Quinceañera Pre-Shoot is a 1 hour portrait session scheduled before the main celebration. It allows for relaxed, creative photos—often in formal attire—without the time pressure of the event day. These images are perfect for invitations, decorations, and keepsakes.

  • Absolutely! Pets are welcome in Portrait sessions as long as it’s discussed in advance. Sessions with standard household pets are typically included, while larger animals or specialty situations may require additional planning or fees. Dedicated pet-focused sessions are offered separately. We’ll always review details ahead of time to ensure a smooth session.

  • Custom Pricing means the service or add-on is tailored to specific factors such as coverage time, extended editing, or special requests that may vary and will affect pricing. A clear quote is always provided before booking.

  • At this time, I focus primarily on photography. Limited video options may be available for select events or projects, depending on availability and scope. If video is important to you, feel free to ask and we’ll discuss what’s possible.

  • A Print Release allows you to print and share the final edited images for personal use, including prints, albums, and social media. It does not allow for commercial or professional marketing use.

    A Marketing Release allows images to be used for professional marketing purposes, including websites, online listings, printed materials, and advertising. Commercial use beyond this scope, resale, or transfer to third parties is not included unless arranged separately.

  • For longer events exceeding a set number of hours, a provided meal is required during a scheduled break to ensure consistent coverage throughout the event.

  • Travel within a designated local service area is included. Sessions or events outside that area may require a travel fee. Any applicable travel fees are always discussed and confirmed before booking.

  • Yes. Rush delivery of digital images is available for select sessions and events for an additional fee, as listed in the Additions menu.

  • Rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. Depending on how close the request is to the original event date, additional fees may apply and previously paid retainers may not transfer. If a new date cannot be accommodated, alternative options may be offered as outlined in the booking agreement. Full rescheduling terms are detailed in the contract provided prior to booking.

  • In the event of cancellation, refunds (if any) depend on the circumstances of the cancellation and are handled in accordance with the booking agreement. Certain situations, including verified Force Majeure events, may be treated differently as outlined in the agreement. All cancellation and refund terms are provided in writing prior to booking.

  • Force Majeure refers to unforeseeable events beyond the control of either party that prevent the fulfillment of contractual obligations due to extraordinary circumstances. The handling of Force Majeure situations is outlined in detail in the booking agreement.
